Fall Alert!  All Foil/Flake Dip containing Red, Yellow and Green foils PLUS Chameleon Flakes of Green/Gold/Raspberry/Yellow.

These foils DO NOT bleed.  This means that you can use Activator on them and you will not have any issues.  Foils can be wild and crazy, I cannot lie!  But, after you dip, using your finger or plastic wrap, pat down the foils.  When you add more base or activator, the foils will flatten.
